Taco Bell

This location is a JOKE. We did a mobile order, $50 worth of food. We knew better than to leave without checking the bag, because without fail.... food is ALWAYS missing or ALWAYS wrong. Of course, food was missing. I go inside (hadn't been in TB in quite some time) and wait at the counter to be addressed. NOT ONE PERSON OUT OF THE 7-8 PEOPLE BACK THERE SPOKE TO ME. Several looked at me and just kept on doing whatever they were doing. One even stepped back and propped on the wall. Just pure laziness and poor customer service. The gentleman behind me flagged a guy down and asked for assistance and then the employee just walked away.... didn't even pay attention to me STANDING RIGHT THERE. Didn't ask if I needed anything or how could I be helped... nothing. I finally had to shout and say tha

Ordered my usual off the app, and this is how it came out. Def won't be visiting this location again. The time before this it took them 45 m8linutes to make my order with no apology or explanation offered.

Some of the most unfriendly people to work customer service. My burrito was messed up, onions all over the paper and bag (my food didn’t even come with onions), no cheese or sauce in the burrito, I waited for 30 mins. I would have went back to fix it but after sitting there for that long, I had to go back to work. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is every single time. I don’t have these problems at any other Taco Bell, I’ll just stop coming here which sucks since it is the most convenient one near work.

Okay Taco Bell overall. I went up to the drive thur one night told them my name for my mobile order and no one said anything back. I waited 8 minutes before someone said hello again. They have messed up my DoorDash before. But half of the time they do have good service like today they made everything right . Mid experience so far.

Just stopped by this Taco Bell. On top of being super slow, I've never seen a more disgusting kitchen!
