Taco Bell

I order though drive thru and I got a $9 box😳😳😳😳😳😳😳this was my chicken and how many I received they are over cooked and hard. I wondering where did customers service go. I used to work for Taco Bell, this order I would have never never give to the customer. we would have to make fresh chicken nuggets. I would’ve have never never served this to anyone. Fast Food restaurants are non caring just want bodies. People just don’t care anymore.

Came here about 4 times within a year. Every time I have gone , i receive cold fries like they do that crap on purpose. Fries looked and felt like they were sitting out for 15+min, and I also I ordered a ten piece chicken, and they were burnt. The top pic was fresh ones vs. ones over cooked. Completely dry. I won't ever order here again.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru. The person at drive thru named Jolie went above and beyond for customer service. I had orders that were in separate bags, and I asked for a large bag so I could carry everything up everything at once. She asked for the order back and bagged everything for me, including my drinks in a cup holster. The food was delicious too! I was having a rough day and this made the rest of my night. So a huge thank you for the great customer service at the Eagan Taco Bell!!!!

I am a 4 time a week chili cheese burrito consumer and have been for about 40 years. Today I went to the drive through to order my fix. I headed down the road, took out the first one and found it was room temp with a dry tortilla and no melted cheese inside. I made a u turn and headed back l. I walked in and very calmly explained that they were a bit undercooked and asked if they'd make them again. They were very friendly and took care of it right away which I appreciated very much. As we completed the handoff of the remade food, the manager suggested I ask for them to be double steamed in the future. I thanked her and headed out. I never get a good experience here something is always wrong with my order or cold.. I accidentally ordered at the location today on a mobile order on ACCIDENT and received rude service and also pretty sure I got food poisoning!! No way will I eat here again
