Taco Bell

I love this location of Taco Bell. I don't come here too often, but I didn't whenever it's possible. My order has never been messed up, always correct as far as I can remember. The staff here is always nice. There are 2 kiosk machines for self-ordering. I've always preferred placing orders through them, because I don't remember the names of the menu items i want, but I know how they look))))) Drive through can get busy, but whenever I went inside (while traffic jam at the drive-through), I didn't have to wait, although there were 1 or 2 employees only. So, recommend this location Pennsylvania

Put an unwrapped taco in my bag (🤮) went back around to get a new one and they give me a taco shell with a tiny bit of fillings for retaliation. You can't make this stuff up. Don't go here. It's consistently bad. Go to Pburg.

This Taco Bell wasn’t too bad. We’ve gone twice recently. The second time we actually got the food which wasn’t incredible but nothing to write home about specifically. The first time there was a MASSIVE parade crossing the street for a football game and the entire area was PACKED with traffic. It took us maybe 20mins to turn around and leave but there was NO entrance to Taco Bell OR Wendy’s and I can’t imagine how many people wasted their good money that night on cold food. I asked for a refund and didn’t even hear back. They could’ve at least said on the app that the store wasn’t able to take orders or something buuuut nope. Ordering ahead and picking up (like with similar chains) is always an easier, faster process than drive-thru.

There should be a better system for doordashers. I waited outside in the cold forever for no one to come to the window then went to the drive thru just for them to tell me to come inside where I waited even longer .Workers were just arguing about the work and still moving super slow even though it wasn’t busy.
