just went to the drive thru at 11pm and they gave me this whole bag full of hot sauce for no reason. five stars.

The chicken is not ok. You charged me $7 for those 4 pieces of inedible chicken. Have some self respect. Don't serve trash. Ugh.

My order was incorrect. I filled out a survey and nothing was ask about my order number or how the issue could be resolved. Then at the end it ask me to download the app, and show them some love. Here is your love. I will never spend another dime at your store. At any location. I would give Taco Bell zero stars, but that isn’t an option.

Manager after 5 o clock is horrible at handeling a restaurant , obvious need for improvement a hole entire half of my order was missing, a hole meal , sauce packet and desert , and this woman has the AUDACITY to tell me I need to handle it myself , so now my husband doesn’t get to have food HE PAYED FOR BECAUSE OF THERE NEGLIGENCE. Absolutely ridiculous to blame door dash when the Tacobell is the one that can’t even put the food in the bag

I ordered 2 nacho cheesy gordita crunch tacos and both looked like this. Barely any meat and didn’t even have the special sauce on it. I paid $14 for shells and a little meat and cheese. Ridiculous!
