Taco Bell

Waited 30 + minutes in drive thru first in line for 4 beefy 5 layer burritos, staff laughing, joking around with each other, I feel bad for the people in line behind me. Got a bunch of clowns working here. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but dam this place deserved one.

The enfield taco bell is the worst. I ordered my food at the drive thru at 5:27. I finally got my food at 5:48. When I asked what the ridiculously long wait was she informed me it was because there was a lot of customers in the dining room. It is dark... your dining room is lit and there are windows... there were 9 people inside and they too were all waiting for food. And if you think that's a lot of customers i don't know what to say. I worked in fine dining for years. 10 customers is a closed restaurant. If you're not fast food get rid of the drive up and cook to order. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Fired 2 of the best employees they had in a while and the only people who actually made sure the food was fresh. DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS! Already was on the fence after hearing the new GM make very sexist remarks but now this. NOT OK! IF YOU CHOOSE TO EAT HERE HOPE YOU GOT YOUR DR ON SPEED DIAL CAUSE FOOD POISONING IS IN YOUR FUTURE. IF I COULD ID GIVE ZERO STARS.DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT. POOR REMAINING EMPLOYEES.

Never in my life have I experienced such consistently terrible service, no matter what time of day it is. Seriously, does the photo below look like a cantina chicken taco? Every single time my friends or I order from here, it’s either completely wrong, missing half the ingredients, or we end up sitting at the drive-thru window for 15 minutes just to get our food. Come on Enfield. Step up your game or at least raise the employee’s pay so that you can hire competent ones.

Terrible experience, all day all I could think about was eating a nice, crispy, crunch wrap supreme, and I decided to drive out to enfield to get one. I spent 8 hard earned dollars, to not get a crunch wrap supreme, but to get a floppy joke of one. There was zero crunch. I am now left disgusted, hungry, and dissapointed.
