Taco Bell

I go to Taco Bell a lot, I order 3 tacos each time. A cheesy roll up and two Spicy potato tacos. (Neither item have more than 3 ingredients) The EPHRATA location messes up my order almost every single time I go in. Today they used old potato’s that were long past their expiration date, the tacos had shreds of lettuce throughout them even tho I requested no lettuce. I know things happen that’s okay with me, I unwrapped them to find the potato’s are hard as a rock. If I would have bitten into this I could have broke a tooth. Not a single potato in either taco was soft, completely burnt to a crisp or so old that they are black. The employee who made this had to know it wasn’t edible and continues to serve them to me like this.

I was in a hurry when I ordered something from here. It was supposed to beva combo that cost 15 dollars. They gave me 2 soft tacos and a drink. Will never go to this one again. I had to pick up and leave, should of checked order but was in hurry.

I go here fairly often and like every other taco bell, they're a little skimpy with meat and cheese. But, what I received today is unacceptable. If it wasn't for my fiancée saying she's gonna eat it anyway, I would've drove back. Do better. Chicken quesadilla with almost no meat and cheese. This is one of 2 quesadillas, and they both were made with an idgaf attitude.

I have had some items not given to me on more than one occasion. Given wrong sauces most times when using the app, If I’m even given any at all. Food is prepared decently for the most part. Most recently, I was given the wrong order, called the manager, they told me to bring the order back, so I thought surely they would be making my order while I head back. They didn’t start the order, not only that, there was never a single “sorry” from the manager or anybody but Genesis was fantastic, she checked in and tried to get me my order. I watched the manager look in the bag of the order I brought back and debate if he could give it to the door dasher and then just throw the whole thing away. I paid for a large nacho fry and was given a small even when they “fixed” my order. I waited 25 minutes

In my nearly 60 years this was the slowest \ longest wait I have ever endured at a "fast food" restaurant. After 25 minutes I had to ask them to work on it as they were only working drive thru orders.
