Wish I could give negative stars. Pulled up to to the drive thru window and was told it would be 10 minutes before they could take an order. I said ok and waited patiently until 15 minutes passed. I then asked if I should place an order on the website. I was told I could but it would still be a wait as they had other orders. I asked about how long and he said 20 minutes. I’m not sure if this was due to the online orders or what but I watched he’d atleast 5 cars drive away at the least due the long wait. There was no one in line in the store but this was horrible service. It’s safe to say I will NEVER order at this Taco Bell location again. Tacos and other food items purchased barely had anything in them. The manager on duty showed no empathy and never apologized when the items were returned. They only refunded the items brought back. Will definitely never return to this location and will definitely tell anyone about this location so they can avoid a horrible experience.

Not normally in the habit of leaving fast food restaurant reviews, but tonight I’m highly compelled. Maybe it’s just the late night crew but my husband and I went to this location tonight around 10:30 pm and they simply don’t care or just don’t pay attention. We ordered nacho fries in two sizes, before leaving I noticed they forgot one. I went in and grabbed the missing item, annoying, sure, but no big deal. Once we got home (yes, we should’ve checked after realizing they messed up once) we realized the fries they gave us were old (literally cooler than room temp and hard), my husband asked for 3 soft tacos and got hard. Missing a whole chalupa. Waste of a late night trip. That’s it, that’s the review. Check your order, because they sure aren’t.

The employee taking orders was unbelievable rude through the drive thru microphone. Short, annoyed, and early acting like we were an inconvenience for simply ordering food. When we pulled up to the window, it somehow got worse. She practically threw our food and sauces at us, rushed us without reason, and slammed the window shut before we could ask for any napkins or check our order. No explanation, no apologie and no basic respect. Fast food is already rushed but that doesnt excuse treating customers like garbage. If someone hates their job this much, they should not be working with the public. This wasnt just "having a bad day", it was straight up unprofessional and unacceptable. Management seriously needs to address this, because behavior like this guarantees lost customers. I will not
