Taco Bell

We went for dinner tonight around 7pm and had an excellent experience. The food was hot and really good (the crispy chicken burrito is the best menu item in fast food right now). The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly. And the store was very clean. We’ll be dining in more often!

Coming back to add to my already poor review, it’s sucks bc I do enjoy Taco Bell and order frequently, I’ll say day shift is 100x better than night shift. I don’t know why they are so stingy with their add ons, but even more so their damn nacho fry’s! Every time, and I mean EVERY time they never fill the fry container. When you put in for an add on, you maybe get a little smidge here and there but not properly made thoroughly… like do the employees pay for the product, I don’t know but they act like the hardest thing to do is make the order proper. I’m sorry but I’ve worked in food and beverage industry over half my life, and I always make everything to the standard of how I’d like mine made. Drive through worker was extremely rude they were out of half of the menu options. They were fast, but the nacho fries were ice cold and the Mountain Dew had no syrup in it just carbonated water. Overall a disappointing experience and a waste of 40 hard earned dollars.

Went to pick up a quick snack, it’s taco bell so obviously not expecting wonderful service. Pull up and order, the lady already has an attitude. Cashier Asks regular or supreme and we were trying to say mild sauce with it but gets interrupted, cashier respond with mild and regular and then she repeats regular or supreme sighing with even more of an Attitude. She continues to give quick snappy responses, after asking if we wanted anything else and saying the total, she then asks if we want any sauce….? Yeah the mild sauce we asked for 5 times. This was at noon Monday the 29th, with the cashier DEANNA B who was ironically wearing one of the manger shirts. We’re visiting from out of town & I’ve been a huge Taco Bell fan for years, so much so that friends & family give me Taco Bell gift cards for birthdays & Christmas. Every town I go to in the US, I always have to have Taco Bell & I will say this specific Taco Bell (023699) is probably one of the best in the country. I’ve been 3 times in 4 days. The first 2 times I went around 11pm - 12am & both times the food was on point. The refried beans weren’t all dried out like they tend to be, the ingredients were spread throughout the entire length of the burrito as opposed to all on one side. I thought maybe it was just the same person both nights making the food, but then we decided to stop & get it again on our way out of town today at around 12:30pm & it was the same! I’m very impressed! Keep up
