We waited 20 minutes in the drive through, food took just as long, and then half of the food was missing. This is the third time this has happened at this location. I went inside to avoid the drive through and they were standing around Just go somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better

Every time I go to this location, they get the order wrong. Example: I order and pay for the crunchy SUPREME, they give the regular non-supreme. Every single time. Other than that the quality of the food is usually good.

Don’t bother going as the food is terrible. Will never return. There are so many other Mexican restaurants in the area that are hands down better, so just go to one of them.

Using the kiosks makes it soooo much more customisable- you cn get items exactly like you want them! (And try the grilled and fresco choices at the bottom!)

I really haven't had a bad personal experience with the staff here, always friendly, but sometimes inaccurate orders. The drive thru line is always long, extremely slow, etc. Made the mistake of going in to try to avoid this, just won't be visiting this location again. Mens bathroom door won't lock (broken handle), water pressure so weak it took a solid minute just to rinse the soap off my hands, toilet seat looks so old and crusty I wouldn't want to sit on it, both trash cans overfilled in the lobby, etc. Place looks newer generally but the bathroom needs a lot of work and the staff are clearly overwhelmed apparently at all times with the number of customers in the drive thru, which is always slow.
