I have always had fast and friendly service from this Taco Bell. The orders are accurate about 80% of the time. If anything is wrong the correct it very quickly. Just don’t order delivery as they use DoorDash and you can’t check the order before it’s too late.
Hands down the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Put in an order online at 650. Arrived at 705. Didn't get my food until 740. The place is full of unmotivated employees. The excuse? "We're busy"
Somehow it gets worse every time I go. I had an employee ask me once to back up in the drive thru so that it would reset the timer they had inside. Because they were taking longer than it should. And the food was cold in the end. This location has made me stop eating Taco Bell overall.
Ordered delivery through a third party app. On multiple occasions, drivers arrive and are informed the order was already picked up. Store does not verify who takes mobile/delivery orders and refuses to remake them for third-party app customers.
This particular TB routinely messes up my order. Like... they get it right maybe once in five separate orders. I keep ordering because I love TB, and I'm consistently disappointed.
