Taco Bell

The night shift definitely has zero interest in quality or wastefulness. I would not normally comment here, but this is the second or third time this has happened. I reported previously to DoorDash with zero response. So here goes… I ordered 3 items via DoorDash and asked for 6 hot sauce packets. I do not believe this is at all unreasonable. I received a taco with almost zero contents plus 74 hot sauce packets and 1 mild sauce packet. This restaurant is clearly in need of better management.

The fantastic worker named "Maddie" is an angel. She's the most beautiful girl I've ever layed my eyes on! Amazing firey red hair and the most adorable rosey cheeks. She was so polite and even made sure to say "welcome in ☺️" when I came in and "Get home safe! ☺️" when I left. Despite it being busy she took the time to make sure I was accommodated! Even when i asked for a couple more sauces and an extra bag! The girl was whipping up millions of tacos but she looked gleefully at me and said "of course sir! ☺️" I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her hard word, passion, and dedication!

The service is amazing! The workers are really helpful when it comes to orders being messed up. They have this really quirky worker named Ryan, he’s very helpful when I asked for my order to be remade even though I was being slightly rude for having a bad day, the food was pretty good, and the it was pretty clean for being a Taco Bell

My dad picked up dinner for us tonight. We asked for no sour cream on the chicken power bowl, but they didn't leave it off. That was the least of the problems. We ordered the taco 12 pack, asked for chicken. One of the tacos was beef...and the rest had almost no chicken in them. That's not an exaggeration. One taco had maybe four decent chunks of chicken under all the lettuce and cheese, but the rest had almost nothing. It looked like they scraped the bottom of the chicken container and divided it between all the tacos. And one of them had a gross brown piece of lettuce in it. I almost never leave reviews, but this was just ridiculous.

I am rating this specific location all 5 stars due to Carter the drive through employee. Now a days you rarely get good service especially through drive through anymore. Carter was so pleasant and even took the time to ask my son and I how our night was going. After finding out they didn't have the drink my son wanted he was so apologetic and sincere. Thank you for a great experience and we could use More employees like him. 👍
