Taco Bell this isn’t even acceptable. You literally saw this chicken, and thought it was acceptable to serve? It’s burnt, hard and you and you can’t even eat it!
So I love Taco Bell always have always will. This was my first time at this location. My order was $70. They didn't give us the dozen cinabon delights. The shell on the chalupas was extremely stale. The 5 layer burrito was really just beans and sour cream. I waited at the front for over 20 minutes for my food for it to just be stale and cold, that was very frustrating. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food so I'll be back as I'd prefer this drive over to granbury but that have to step it up. The staff was extremely friendly. I didn't call about the cinabon delights because I live to far to drive to just go get that. They turn their menu off outside at midnight when they close at 0100, makes no sense. Very unprofessional.
It’s a Taco Bell. The food tastes just like you would expect at a Taco Bell. (Crunchy tacos are one of my guilty pleasures.) I was camping at Dinosaur Valley State Park this weekend and needed a light bite as I headed home- so I hit the drive through. The staff was super friendly and it was the fastest I’ve ever been served at a Taco Bell. Got my order right and got me back on the road- which is what I needed. Thank you.
Terrible. It was like a daycare with no one watching crying, screaming kids throwing things. Couldn't walk due to toys on the floor. The kids belonged to the boss. So rediculas. This place will not make it if they don't do better. Worst atmosphere I've ever been in. The other employees shouldn't have to work like that either. The outside landscaping is terribly done and not cared for. The soaker hoses are sticking out all over. Trip hazard
Understaffed, manager not capable of doing the job at hand controlling a stressful situation, disrespectful to other customers. Staff laughing at being behind on all orders as well as not knowing how to complete orders. This Taco Bell needs a responsible adult that can handle the job.
