Customer Reviews
Let’s get right into this! The customer service at Taco Bell is absolutely amazing. The staff is always polite, calm, and respectful when they speak to you. They truly deserve recognition; and honestly, they should be rewarded with higher pay for how well they treat customers! Now let’s talk about the food. I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in almost a year. When I used to order the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito and the Burrito Supreme, they were big, heavy, and fully stuffed with seasoned beef, sour cream, and all the ingredients you expect. They felt worth the money. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The burritos are noticeably smaller ;almost like they’ve been cut in half ;yet they’re still being sold at the same price. I even visited another Taco Bell location to see if it was just one store,
I will never be back to this Taco Bell again. Terrible service this evening. Had an already opened avocado salsa packet in my bag that got all over myself and my car. My son's 2 crunchy tacos were soft tacos and when I brought the mistake to their attention I had to repeat my order to 4 different people. Absurd. Incompetence abounds. I will be asking for a refund and disputing the charge on my card.
Listen, I get it. Working fast food sucks. You're not appreciated, and pay sucks. However, you still need to at least give people edible food and drink. This is ridiculous. The 60s toastada looks like someone punched it. They couldn't even spread out the refried beans. They gave my son refried beans instead of black beans. They forgot my wife's food. Both of our drinks were flat like no one has changed the syrup in weeks. Then, when we drove around, I realized why our stuff was so messed up. The employees were outside smoking weed. Smoke all you want, but if you're working, at least do your job.
Went through the drive thru, specifically ordered 3 Supreme tacos, were charged for Supreme tacos. Customer service was exceptional. Got home my tacos were not Supreme. Once again I was in an area closest to Arnold that don't cater to African Americans.
Can't follow simple orders. If the menu name says grilled and it doesn't come grilled... Is that laziness or incompetency?
