I have had MULTIPLE issues with this location over the past year. It ALWAYS takes forever to get your food. The drive through moves quicker than the inside, which isn't saying much. It still took over 20 minutes in the drive through. As I was ordering, the girl asked me what I wanted to drink with my meal, I told her and inquired about a sauce, she asked again what I wanted to drink and I told her again. I proceeded to let her know I didn't want lettuce or tomato on my champagne. Again I was cut off by a different person with an attitude asking what I wanted to drink. I told her for a 3rd time what I wanted. I get home and my food is wrong. We pay way too much to never get our order right from this location and to be given attitude.

I ordered almost $50 worth of food and the majority of it was wrong. It’s always something with this location. 🙄 On top of that, the service is painfully slow. I’ve been standing in the lobby for going on 10 minutes waiting for my correct order, and no one has even acknowledged me. If you’re out of items, that should be communicated at the speaker or at least when the customer comes inside—not after the order is messed up. The lack of basic customer service here is really frustrating. Definitely needs improvement.

Stopped by the newish Taco Bell in Grovetown and left without ordering due to the complete lack of customer care. I stood at the counter for nearly two minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite employees walking by and even making eye contact. When someone finally spoke, I was told to use the kiosk because it would be a few minutes for a cashier—meanwhile, the drive-thru was being served. Custom orders are frustrating on kiosks, and another customer agreed, yet no effort was made to assist us. A simple “hello” or “we’ll be right with you” would have made all the difference. With over 17 million views on my Google reviews, I can say this location needs serious improvement in customer service. In all a $40-$50 sale was lost, more importantly I won’t be returning to this location! I’

As others have said, it is poorly managed and slower than molasses on a winter morning. Absolutely no sense of urgency. The sad part is, you know, either a regional manager, the franchise owner, or corporate is reading these comments with no intentions for corrective actions.

This location is poorly run and managed. It’s ALWAYS slow and the food is never accurate. Just spent almost an hour in the drive thru. No attention to detail, no urgency, no care. Corporate needs to step in.
