Taco Bell

Its pretty sad to leave this review because I actually like this taco bell pretty well but tonight it was just aweful. First off, I got 2 beans and rice. Each had less than 1/4 cup of rice and about a tbsp of beans. Then the Bean and rice burrito, which I had requested be grilled, was not grilled and practically empty. I order the potato grilled burrito, again under filled and weirdly wrapped. I ordered the Caramel Churros and those were either burnt and rubbery or undercooked, no in between. The soft tacos I ordered were underfilled. Pretty much the only thing that seemed alright was the Gordita Crunch which I didnt pay for because it was an app reward.

Took a drive to the taco bell. Had to deal with he ai drive thru and it said it got everything I said and turns out it absolutely did not .. missing half my order. Then the food I did get was covered in hair. Serious lack of management when it came to getting a refund there best answer was just come back and we'll remake it. No that doesn't solve anything why would I want more of this nasty hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting. Buyer beware place is a trash heap with no standards and the level of acceptability is severely lacking.

I waited in drive thru where it appeared they werent helping the one car in front of me. So I decided to go inside, where there were no customers. I ordered and paid on the keyosk. I waited more, someone asks if I need help i told them I was waiting for my order to which he said "they are probably working on it" more waiting. at this point its been nearly 20 minutes. When another person comes and asks what my name and order was to tell me they dont have an order for me. At this point I couldnt wait any longer and had to leave tacoless, and out $4.

Food regularly made hot and right. Employees are nice. Drive through now is all AI, starts with a really loud one asking for a code, then when you order the other one just keeps asking you to order more than you wanted. After six different questions from an AI after I already ordered I got pretty frustrated. AI is better than a lot of drive through attendants but unless you want to talk to a computer for two minutes just to finish ordering you’re better off going in or asking for the operator from the start.

I got food poisoning here from a bean taco. I wanted to let the store know in case they got a bad batch of beans. Everything else was fine. Clean and fast.
