Randy, in the drive-thru, has excellent customer service skills!! I stopped going to this Taco Bell a few years ago and figured I would give it another shot this past week. Customer service goes a long way, thanks Randy. I will be returning! Update 20240924 They're still doing a great job.
Crew seems active and Haylie very nice young lady she explains everything good attends me good everytime and it’s not just me it’s other people she treats nice and also the people working are nice and social very nice Taco Bell compared to the other ones I rather drive 20 for better service than to be treated poorly in another location
Only fast food joint that has Pepsi. Massive plus in my book. If you want mexican-ish food but want something cheaper than Chipotle, this is your place.
If you’re taking out, double, no, triple check your order. I had to ask for the soda from our order or they would have forgotten it. They did not include the cinnamon twists we ordered and all our tacos that were supposed to be supreme were not. Very disappointing especially considering it was prime dinner time and there were 6 plus staff members working in the back.
This restaurant needs a total remake. Food didn't have much flavor. Counter employees were nice.
