Taco Bell

Ive eaten at a lot of Taco Bells, I will go out of my way to eat at this one. Fast food in general is hard on workers, and somewhat inconsistent (blame the corporation, not the people serving you) so Im never upset with a wrong order or slow service. This one though has been so consistent the last few months ive been. Food has always been right (I do substitutions to make vegetarian options), the food is always good, and the drive through people are great!

Let me start with this is the best Taco Bell service and food I have gotten in all of VA. Each time I come here their reps are super nice and get the job done quickly. The food is always on point! I come here at least twice a week and each time I go to the other Taco Bell down broad street I regret it. This place has the best employees and food! They always make the tacos fresh and never Stale like the other places I’ve had.

I would like this Taco Bell more if their managment gave their employees the ability to do refunds or replacements. I had an order get messed up and on my next visit, I was informed that the cashier at the drive thru didn't have the ability to accommodate my missing item from a previous order due to the previous item being out of stock. He told me I would have to come back another day and speak with a manager to get a refund or wait until they had the SAME item in stock. He didn't have the permission to replace it with an item of equal value or give a refund. Unfortunately this experience has left me discouraged with this particular Taco Bell.

This deserves higher ratings! The staff and the food are amazing. I go out of my way to come here instead of some of the other Taco Bells in the area!

Avoid the drive-thru. If you absolutely must use the drive-thru then double-check your bag, otherwise you're going to be missing half your stuff and then you're going to have to hear a bunch of attitude from them when you call them out on it. You can ask for an item several times and when they don't hear you they'll try to gaslight you and say you never asked for it, and then the stuff that they actually did ring you up for is going to be missing from your bag also. Double-check your bag before leaving the window. To heck with whoever's behind you in line. This place is disorganized and they have a bad attitude about it.
