Taco Bell

fast food restaurants are usually grim and the workers are somewhat dead inside but this taco bell is very much the opposite. it was just recently renovated and the inside is so clean and new. the employees are always happy even if there’s no one inside, and they always have a smile on their faces. i’ve been in pretty frequently these past few months and there’s usually one (or both) of these two young girls in there and they’re always the sweetest! naomi and carmela are always so sweet and caring, despite fast food workers maybe not having the best rep (speaking from other experiences). my food has always been great, i’m already so addicted to taco bell. i <3 hillsborough

I have had multiple amazing experiences with both Naomi and Carmela. They have been exceptionally nice and have shown great service. I’m excited to come back, especially because of them. You never know how much your kindness impacts someone! Thanks for everything you do, Naomi and Carmela!

I just wanted to leave a review to shout out two amazing employees who always make my visits so much better, Carmela and Naomi. Carmela is usually in the drive through and she is seriously one of the kindest people I have ever been helped by, she is always so sweet, patient, and welcoming and you can honestly hear the smile in her voice, I have never had a bad experience with her and she treats everyone with so much respect and warmth. Naomi is just as wonderful and brings the same friendly and positive energy every time she is there, and I feel like we have such a good connection, maybe because we are similar in age, but the atmosphere they create is just really great and makes the place feel comfortable and happy instead of just another fast food stop. The restaurant just renovated and is beautiful. Great atmosphere and comfortable environment with sleek new furniture and aesthetics. Multiple self kiosks that are very easy to use. Nice open floor plan kitchen where all food is made to order & fresh. All around a great place you incorporate back to your routine.

Ordered spicy potatoes tacos, it wasnt very late and they werent busy. The potatoes in my taco were hard as rocks, the soft tacos were falling apart, and I may have managed to get 1/16th of a teaspoon of the sauce that comes on the taco. The guy that took my order was friendly, that was the only takeaway from this experience.
