Taco Bell

Unfortunately this is one of those places where you just always take a risk, you never know what you’re actually going to get. For us this time it was a very hard mysterious purple item in the middle of a burrito. One that wasn’t very nice to bite down on when you’re not expecting it. I tried contacting Taco Bell through the website and was told “you’ll be contacted shortly”, that was over a week ago and nothing. POOR POOR POOR customer service and absolute awful attention from the staff. This is disgusting and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

LOVE the mini taco salad!!! I hope this is continued. Actually, I loved the regular taco salad Taco Bell carried pre-covid. The shell is crunchy, not oily tasting, filled with options of your choice. The service was great! My order correct. Aly is an amazing manager who is such an asset to this establishment. She is courteous, kind, exudes professionalism, goes above and beyond to make you feel heard, appreciated. We’ve used the delivery service and have had great service.

Guys working the window at night are always really pleasant. Food comes out correct, very friendly and quick service. I dont normally leave reviews for fast food joints, but these guys have made my night better more than once. It's about time I said thanks. Thanks for being there for me when I need you, T-Bell night crew.

Taco salad is delicious for fast food. Son got the #5 chicken burrito and said it was good. Drive through was good. Fills the belly. Kid was happy. Not 5 stars because the beef has a weird texture.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Food Quality I visited Taco Bell on 21 June 2025 at 4:40 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The burrito I ordered contained crispy chicken that was anything but fresh — it was cold, tasted old, and had a noticeably poor texture and flavor. The overall quality of the meal was subpar and not up to Taco Bell’s usual standards. This particular franchise is seriously making us reconsider future visits to Taco Bell altogether. If this is the level of quality being served, it’s hard to trust that other menu items would be any better. Very disappointed and hope management addresses this.
