Reichen and Alicia made our taco bell experience amazing as always. we came in. they gave us our drinks immediately, and very quickly handed us our orders despite it being late at night. thank you very much. highly recommend especially if these two are working. very kind and polite and overall amazing experience

57$ order for what ? Taco Bell 13$ crunch wrap! With nothing really on it !!! Anymore it seems like y’all don’t even care about what you’re doing or how you’re doing it you rather stand in the back, screaming and singing music and not paying attention to your job!!!

Alicia is such a saint, gave me and my friend a baja blast for our rough night out. service was fast and she let us sit for a little to stay out the cold. love her❤️

This might’ve been the worst drive through experience I’ve ever had. Apparently, it’s store policy to only be able to pickup two online orders at a time or you have to circle around. So we unfortunately had to circle around three times because we were picking group orders. Not only does that not make any sense at all, it wastes our time and the employee’s time. It was extremely frustrating. On top of that, we were in the car for a total of 20 minutes waiting on the food. Please, Taco Bell, stop making peoples lives so difficult and just let us paying customers pickup ALL of our online orders if we’d like to do so.

Order was 6 crunchy taco’s no lettuce. They gave me them with lettuce so I called and went back for replacements. This time they only gave me 5 taco’s. And one was completely broken in half. Will never go back again worst service I ever had anywhere.
