I am writing to formally complain about repeated poor experiences at this location. Most recently, I received my $30 order of tacos with no fillings inside, which unfortunately reflects a pattern of incorrect, cold, and sloppily prepared food despite drive-through waits exceeding 10 minutes. The drive-through environment is consistently hostile and unprofessional. On New Year’s Day, I was particularly concerned to observe a drunk employee working the window while only one person in kitchen, raising serious concerns about safety and management oversight. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as these issues appear to be ongoing with EVERY OTHER REVIEW! CORPORATE NEEDS TO MASS TRAIN THIS LOCATION!

Taco Bell – Store #018272 Jacksonville Ark I had a GREAT experience at Taco Bell store #018272 on this visit! From the moment I arrived, the service was fast, friendly, and professional. The team was highly motivated, attentive, and truly showed pride in what they do. My order was prepared perfectly—fresh, hot, and exactly as requested. You can tell when a team is working together with a positive attitude, and that was absolutely the case here. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made sure every detail was right. I'm not looking for gourmet food, but literally EVERY time I order here something is either wrong or missing. Ask for no sour cream? The last 3 times its been included. Cinnamon twists are part of the lux box? Not at this location- they'll even be missing if you order an extra one separate. I'm generally a fan of Taco Bell as a cheap, relatively stable experience. But this location SUCKS.

Laziness is a disease and it spreads only at night at this location please give the job to people who would love to have their food looking amazing rather than rush and thrown together

This has to be the worst taco bell ever, the night crew is HORRIBLE. Will serve anything to customers. It’s always nights!!! Just ordered food and it came with no meat just threw it together.
