Taco Bell

Food was decent. Service on the other hand. Terrible. Placed an order at 8:10 said it would be done at 8:17. Food was not being made or prepped and got order at 8:40. Sitting here while they just walked around confused. DoorDash was also waiting while I was waiting. Order was missing items and the employees wanted to argue and act stupid when bringing up that missing items. Berry annoyed and not coming.

Im so mad. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme, without tomatoes and I asked if they can add black beans, they said yes. I get to my house take a bite, theres no seasoned beef, I take another bite to make sure, still nothing, I unwrap it and nothing. I got the supreme wrap and not the black bean wrap for a reason. I wanted seasoned beef on mine, i was craving it all day. Im so disappointed.

I placed a pretty picky order and with April’s help and patience she helped me through my order and I believe she prepared it as well. I have had someone mess this order up before but this time it was perfected executed. My kids totally approved. Thank you I’ll be back!

We order 3 refrescas and they’re awful. None of them taste like the should and the worst one is the dragon fruit lemonade, cause we saw the picture from outside and doesn’t even look like the one we got. Strawberry and passionfruit lemonade is so artificial that your tongue would have a weird taste after drinking it and pineapple flavor it’s just more of the same horrible taste. Don’t waste your money.

Waited 15 minutes for a single deluxe box. Both tacos had been sitting for so long that the shells were stuck to the wrappers. Not to mention they were falling apart. Crunchwrap was only filled halfway with meat. At least the nachos were decent. I have never received fresh food at this location or the one near the corner of Piney Green and 24. The other locations are satisfactory, but don't waste your time at this one.
