DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. We were a party of 7 around 8pm, went through the drive-thru — NO ONE inside, NO ONE behind us. After barely 5 minutes of trying to order, a girl came on the speaker rushing us and talking to us like we were an inconvenience. She repeatedly told us we were “taking too long,” to hurry up, and even suggested we come inside to look at the menu, all while giggling like it was a joke. Then she actually said they had “things to do inside,” so we needed to speed it up. Excuse me? That’s not our problem. The only saving grace was a young gentleman who jumped in trying to fix the situation and apologized on behalf of his coworker, saying she was “a little mad.” He clearly understood how unacceptable her behavior was and tried to be respectful — unlike her. This Taco Bell is horrendous. The morning staff needs to be fired. They never have the doors open on time they make you wait for over 15 minutes when your food was done 10 minutes ago. They talk and giggle while a customer is waiting patiently to be served. I finally got my food after I left and I want to throw it in their face. It’s not even cooked properly and it’s all watery and soggy. Isabel and the boy she works with need to be fired. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I will never give business to Taco Bell again. I never have any issues with my food when either of the two aren’t working there. Do yourself a favor Taco Bell hire new openers because the children you have now take no pride in there 20$ hour job for doing absolutely nothing.

Nice place same good food but service is mostly kiosk machine

Newer format of your regular Taco Bell with typical menu items. Food quality generally good, with the typical variance found with different staff. While I rated the atmosphere, I've only gone through the drive-through and could see the inside, but haven't been inside. Taco Bells aren't really known for their atmosphere. They've gone with a more sterile and hard setup that doesn't encourage staying much longer than a meal...but it is fast food. I'll admit I was a little disappointed when I tried to order a Vegan Crunchwrap and was informed the staff had no idea what I was talking about...even though it was on their menu!

idk how hard it is to make food without tomatoes in it. whoever was the girl taking are order is how are u gonna repeat are order and say no tomatoes and still put tomatoes in the food. u can’t even follow simple instructions maybe the work world doesn’t doesn’t fit u.
