Taco Bell

They genuinely can never get my order right. Just went through and ordered two cheesy gorditas crunches.. as you can see they aren’t. The customer service is always rushed and dismissive. I hate that this is the only taco bell close to the south side.

Update: decided to try again got the new beef nachos grande and 3/4 of box was left over chips. Instead of advertising 2x protein it should be 2x the left over chips due to lack of topping. Don't waste your $ Too many people in the kitchen, cooks, and cashier were distracted chatting. Ordered a Cantina Chicken bowl. It was a hard stretch to cover the bottom of the dish. Chicken was dried out, ordered no lettuce, and it was there. Got charged for extra Gauc. Sauce received none. Ordered loaded nachos got no gauc. and barley any chips. Lesson learned only go to this store during the day.

Ordered 3 soft shell taco supreme. Receive 2 hard shell tacos and were cold. And 1 Chalupa, supreme. Ordered a box louxChicken street tacos were cold.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla asked for light on the jalapeño sauce. Came out very heavy. No other people in line. Take out the air pods, maybe you can make the order right if you hear the order. I am tired of this store making things wrong all the time. Customer service is very poor. Store is extremely dirty. Bathroom is the worst in town.

Lol. Says they are open until 2AM. It is currently 130AM and they have the auto we are closed at the drive thru and locked all the doors. What a joke. If you don't wanna do your job. Then don't work and waste others times.
