Taco Bell

On August 7, 2025, I ordered four soft tacos for my daughter. When asked if I wanted extra beef or sour cream, I declined and specified that I only wanted lettuce and cheese in addition to the beef. However, when I got home, my daughter informed me there was no meat—only lettuce and cheese. I immediately called the store, and the phone was handed to a woman I believe to be a supervisor. She stated that the order screen said “no seasoned beef” and claimed I had been asked if the screen looked correct. While I may not have noticed that detail, I have worked in the food industry myself and know that good customer service includes repeating the order back clearly. Had the employee confirmed by saying “4 soft tacos with no meat, just lettuce and cheese,” I would have corrected them immediately.

The food was meh. the rice was overcooked and soggy but that's the least of my worries. The service was deplorable. I was insulted by this worker after stating that she was ignoring me, after I was waiting for over five minutes at the counter. Avoid this location if you don't want to be degraded simply for asking a question.

Kayla was GREAT so helpful and had such a great attitude..I was having a rough night and she definitely made it better I appreciate her caring helpful nice wam customer service..Thank you girl for being such a wonderful host and making sure I was happy ..I really needed the great customer service you showed this evening.. I appreciate u . people don't understand Great customer service goes a long way...

Update: They are making much better Tacos! The last few times I went they were well made and delicious. This is really my only issue with this store- I don't remember tacos being so small or barely filled like this at other stores. I have asked the person in charge more than twice why my tacos are only half filled and he says that's the way they are supposed to be. Biting into a (often stale) tortilla shell partially without any filling? ...I can somewhat understand the argument that they are not Supreme, but not having spur cream, tomatoes, or double the meat does not mean a taco should be half empty and like biting into a shell. First and last. I ordered a party box yesterday 09/05/2025 at 11:20 pm. For some reason the tortillas of the tacos had a smell like old oil. Really bad. And the tasted was horrible. Like old tortillas. Next day we had this weird taste in the mouth. I dont know if they did something to the food intentionally or what happened. I dont know where to report this inconvenience.
