Taco Bell / KFC

The lady in the drive thru really doesn’t want to sell food, idk. She consistently cut me off and rushed me through my order making it troublesome to get all the items I want. It seems like she doesn’t understand the more food I order and pay for, the better it is for the business. She also lied about item availability just so she didn’t have to grab it. I wanted honey for my biscuits and she said they didn’t have any. We went inside because she forgot to give us our receipt and the front counter person immediately handed us honey! It’s crazy to think that Taco Bell/KFC lost out on money tonight and a future customer. I’m sure they’ll keep losing out on money like this. SMH.

Im normally an optimistic rater, but this restaurant needs management. We stopped by on the way home from Orlando, Florida. We needed to use the bathroom and the bathrooms were locked so we waited outside the bathrooms. One of the workers made sure we were going to order food then they unlocked the door. The bathroom was really dirty. It needed a good bleach scrub. The floors in the restaurant were slippery and dirty. One lady observed that the counter and tables were dirty and asked one of the girls with light eyes to give her a spray and rag. This person whom we thought was a customer cleaned her table and sat down to eat from another restaurant's food. This person even asked one of the ladies for a cup and she helped herself to a free large drink. Another worker there had gloves on but

It’s three big girls that works up here so rude food is trash soggy never hot they have the nastiest attitude customers come first no matter the circumstances to keep people coming back I’ll never return to this nasty location and the bathroom stay nasty and the tacos they just throw them together no love with they work

I wanted to share my experience at the Taco Bell/KFC in Atlanta at 3604 Bakers Ferry Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30331. I went through the drive through, there were 3 cars ahead of me. Took about 10 minutes to get to the menu to order. Not a huge deal. I order, make my way up to the payment window. I pay, and the worker asks me to pull around and wait. I pull up to where they asked me to. I pull around, and another 20 minutes pass. I began wondering where my food is after watching multiple cars that were behind me pass by with their food (from the drive through.) Finally I park and go inside to inquire about my food. It's been 30 minutes since I first entered the drive through. No one is at the register. Finally 10 minutes later I'm able to get someone's attention. I explain I was told to pull a

The Drive Thru is horrible I repeated my order three times.. two people working the voice and register.. lost! it was so bad that I got back in line reorder did not ask for a refund and it was STILL WRONG.. as a business owner and as a former TCB employee .. you have got to do better ugh .. I even gave back the messed up food and I even paid for my reorder. ***UPDATE** So my daughter really wanted some TCB, so I gave in and gave it another try. I must say that this return visit such a great improvement. (and no, they did not know it was me on the return visit.) Everything was great. Customer service, food prep, and attitude. The two young ladies and their manger were very professional. Sorry no pictures to post , we ate everything. This was in the drive thru.
