Taco Bell / KFC

Yall have made a new enemy in me. I ordered for delivery and what I received can only be described as inedible garbage (and that’s already a low standard with taco bell!) How have you managed to give me a raw quesadilla and then a burnt potato taco. They burnt those potatoes to such a crisp that I nearly broke my tooth. Do you think this is funny? That it’s a game? I waited over an hour to barely be able to eat anything I ordered. When the inevitable happens and this location closes, I will cheer and dance on the rummage that is left of this Taco Bell.

Actually the worst taco bell I have ever been to by a landslide. And I’ve been to a LOT of taco bells. Mobile order took over 30 minutes from the time it was placed. One employee in particular was especially rude to several patrons. When I finally got my order they yelled at me for not confirming my name with them after they didn't even call out my name when the food was placed in the mobile pick up area. Gordita was soggy. Boyfriends steak grilled cheese burrito smelled like dog food (more than taco bells usually would- he has ordered this 20x times at other locations and always loved it.) Anyways… avoid this location at all cost Oh and as far as atmosphere goes. It smelled like musty BO. Like… how I imagine a high school boys locker room smells after summer sports practice.

Extremely disappointing experience on the staff and company’s behalf. We had someone take our mobile order, and after being lied to by the person working at the register about it being worked on, we found out it was taken and after politely asking for it to be remade we heard yelling in the back with vocal profanity that they were refusing to make our stolen order, and refused to offer any solution nor refund. After being that rude interaction, we swore to never use Taco Bell again after such a displeasing experience. Not only did they lose many customers, but they solidified their undeniable declining reputation.

MESSED UP THE WHOLE ORDER. 75% of the items not delivered. no cravings boxes, no drinks and the ones delivered were wrong, everything with rice was replaced with beef. Tried calling multiple times didnt pick up the phone.

Idk how to get a refund but the order was dangerously wrong. It was not busy upon my visit and yet it was a 30min wait to even get someone to come to the window after ordering at the speaker box. I’ve never had this issue but I ordered a BLACKBEAN crunch wrap and it was all beef. I wanted to throw up, I don’t eat meat and haven’t in over 10 years. I could’ve gotten very sick if I didn’t check. I also got a blackbean cheesy burrito and it was not only the smallest I’ve ever seen but it had NO beans. Thankfully there was no meat but it was legit all sticky rice I almost choked. The only thing correct was the fries with cheese but they’re not the normal Taco Bell ones. They’re fried and there’s prob cross contamination with KFC. Really saddened by the experience. The way the location is setup
