Taco Bell / KFC

My order came like it lost 5 rounds in the ring. The crunchy taco fell apart by a simple touch. The crunch wrap was diabolically thrown together, the ingredients were trying to social distance from each other, one bite had only sour cream, and another just lettuce. For how much I spent I expected my food to be at least presentable. Not to mention how they didn’t even get my drinks right..

Whoever was working the front as cashier has messed up my order 2 times in 2 different weeks, I had to repeat myself twice, I say "can I get a regular nacho fry" he says "ok regular or large"???😐I ordered a Baja blast large, didn't repeat the order back to me and then when we check, he puts our order in restaurant and I had to ask a completely different worker named Marshall to make it to go since he was completely preoccupied making sure to pick the perfect piece of chicken from the tray for a different customer for 15 seconds straight. Also didn't give me my Baja blast freeze. He needs either more training, or someone needs to talk to him. He doesn't listen, and I know fast food isnt an easy job since I work customer service in the mall so I feel bad, but when I say what I want and have

I think the photo speaks for itself. But almost no gravy or food compared to the photos on the menu and posters.

Visited on a Friday afternoon, I was honestly impressed by how much they’ve improved. Looks like they recently remodeled so the building looks fresh. For some reason they don’t deliver with door dash so my orders always come way over from south ridge. They finally got the grilled cheese burrito right 👌. I usually unwrap it to find all the cheese stuck on the paper so this was oddly satisfying. Got plenty of sauce, service was fast and the employee was polite. I hope the quality stays at the average and doesn’t drop back to how it was earlier in the year.

The food was not made properly almost like they rushed our order when we were the only ones there. And for some reason our crunchy tacos and crunchwraps had tendernism. Me personally I wish they had made our food better. But over all the place was clean 1 start
