If I could give less than 1 I would. Tables were filthy with other people’s trash on them because the cans were overflowing. The photo was taken just after they decided to change the bag but couldn’t even close the door back. Tables outside were clean because it rains everyday. However the cans was overflowing. No chicken nuggets and couldn’t say if they were making anymore or not. No ketchup available. They were out of it. Half the soda fountains didn’t work. Forget about getting a fork. Had a small box open on the counter like they just picked a box up at Walmart. No napkins available. Asked for some and for three of us, we were given 1 yes ONE napkin to share because they were just about out of napkins. First ever food chain where we waited for almost 45 mins for a quesadilla. If you’re in a hurry or want to save sometime don’t even think of going here. Staff was not responsive at all. Atleast a courtesy to let people know if its taking time but instead they chose to stay away from front end desk. Customers like us who were waiting in line has to inform people who were coming in.

Hours are posted everywhere that they are now open 10 AM to 10 PM, we were there at 10:50 AM. The drive-thru was open, however not the main restaurant. When asked if their hours were 10:00 to 10, I was told by the drive-thru staff that it was so I asked why they weren't open in the main restaurant, I was told a staff member was late and given a horrible attitude, especially at pickup for the food. The woman gave me a dirty look. Very ridiculous. If you want Taco Bell in the outer Banks, I recommend you go to Kitty Hawk.

I first off order a large green bean and the man even recited it as a large green bean but instead charged me for a regular how is this a regular this is the 3rd time I’ve been disappointed in them. You can literally see the bottom of the bowl. They are rude and ignorant people too they think everyone is a tourist even the people who aren’t and so I think that’s why they do this. Who ever the manager is please do something about this. This place used to be mine and my family’s favorite.

2/27/2025""This is the dirtiest restaurant I've been to on the outer banks, the food was a joke, hard cold and inedible.. I threw all our food away because it was that bad! The man who waited on me was so ridiculous I was shocked how blatantly rude he was as I tried to place my order at the counter, he kept huffing and puffing as though I had done something wrong for trying to place a order and interrupting him from being outside ( which btw I couldn't believe that there was 3-5 workers hanging out in the front and chatting loudly even after my family entered and stood at the counter just waiting and waiting for a worker to come in and wait on us) obviously from how filthy the place is they don't go in much and clean there to busy hanging out with friends than working... it's so unsanitary
