Taco Bell / KFC

My husband ordered a bucket of chicken and 3 sides at 5:30pm and was told it would be a 20 minute wait because they didn't have any chicken cooked. No chicken at a chicken restaurant at dinner time. He waited 30 minutes and checked with the cashier who offered him 2 free tacos for his wait. After 40 minutes they finally brought out his order. Once home, the chicken breading was soggy not crispy and the corn was brown and hard. Definitely not returning to this restaurant ever again.

Ordered a crispy chicken taco. 75% tortilla, 10% chicken, and 15% veggies/fillings. Not very happy with this. What’s the point of using a tender that small? I placed my mobile order 35 minutes before I received this. Not amused or satisfied.

Stopped in to grab food for the road while heading home down state. Ordered from my app for the rewards. Food was quick to be picked up but it took several minutes to get someone's attention to get my cup. Several people looked at me and just kept walking away. The kid cooking finally came up and helped me. Got to the car and found all the tacos were just meat and barely any cheese.. the burrito was supposed to be grilled but was not. $30 down the drain.

Nice and friendly staff and food was prepared well. Pricing seemed to be good and portion size was fine. Sauces were stocked and facility looked clean. They also had tacobell fries when other tacobell have discontinued them. My son was elated to have tacobell fries.

On 6/26 I ordered food from the drive thru and spent $20 and when I got home I opened the bag to the wrong food and was missing 2 items. I specifically asked for NO SOUR cream on any items and they put it on my son’s Crunchwrap anyways leaving him to not be able to eat. I called the store and spoke to an employee and explained my order was wrong and they told me to come back when I can to fix it. I come back and get my order fixed and when I opened it the shell was broken in half and the meat tasted stale and the soft shell of the Gordita crunch was very hard. I’m so tired of this restaurant messing up! Get it right or CLOSE DOWN!
