Taco Bell / KFC

I like the menu, it has all the best of both Taco Bell and KFC possibly even more choices mixing the meals in previously unheard of combinations. The dining area is very comfortable with a great harmony mixing both restaurants together. The service was great with a more humble and curious vibe. A++ I will be returning in the future.

Husband asked SPECIFICALLY for no sour cream, no cheese on my chalupas. Not only was the request order entirely ignored, they didn't even give us the FULL ORDER. We're missing an ENTIRE meal. My husband drove off thinking they did right, but they didn't AND didn't give him a receipt. $46 dollars spent and they don't even answer phones. NEVER spending a penny here again and letting EVERYONE at the shipyard know how bad it is. This isn't even the first time. This store straight up is terrible in EVERY way. If I could give negative stars I would.

Worst of the Worst, and that’s being nice. I’m so blown away with their incompetence. I ordered 3 hard shell beef taco supreme’s, 3 soft shell beef taco supreme’s, and 9 hot sauces. What I received: 3 hard shells and 3 soft shells with a sprinkle of lettuce and cheese, nothing else. Zero sauces. Please do everyone a favor and just close the store. Fire the staff & management because apparently no one there ever received an education above daycare. 🤦🏻‍♂️ To make it worse is that this wasn’t the first time it’s ever happened. Every order the past 5 years have been incorrect. Maybe Im the stupid one for going back and hoping for one of my orders to be correct. 🤷🏻‍♂️ NEVER AGAIN TACO BELL. NEVER! I will never buy from Taco Bell again.

I was at the speaker to order for 10mins, and they only spoke because I kept asking are you guys open. Then ordered #6 "2 Chicken Chaulapa and a soft taco with a drink and the new fried pickles and some Apple pie. Here is a picture of the new Fried Pickles they are harder then the concrete on the sidewalk. Don't get them, your teeth will fall out. And the Apple Pie bites have no apples in them just a big hole with a flaky crust. I wouldn't recommend these either.

This is easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever visited, possibly in the entire United States. It’s hard to even call this location a Taco Bell, as they rarely have items available from the actual Taco Bell menu. And when they do, the orders are consistently poorly prepared and incorrect. Does Taco Bell’s corporate office not have any quality control for this location? The management here appears to be severely lacking, and it shows in every aspect of the experience. This store is being run into the ground, and unless major changes are made, it’s hard to imagine it succeeding. Sincerely, Every customer
