Taco Bell / KFC

They listen well. The guy at the window was really sweet. Food was hot and they are fast. Thank you !

This is an every time thing. Whenever we come to KFC/Taco Bell, we always get a 2 cheese quesadillas and time and time again the cheese is not melted. It's still cold. The KFC side is typically good but never the Taco Bell side. At this point, just get rid of the taco bell menu

My advice is to skip kfc/taco bell period because they will #&@/ you. But maybe it's just me, I'll tell you my experience and you decide. So I stopped to pick up some chicken at Taco Bell/ KFC, something quick to throw on a salad ( I was not in the mood to cook) . I place my order, yes I want a large order of popcorn chicken, I pulled up, I paid the $5.96 for the large popcorn chicken and drive off. I noticed the bag seems light so I stop In the parking lot and I'm amazed, its the smallest box possible I'm not sure what they would put a small order in. It containing roughly 18 pieces of popcorn chicken' okay maybe 20. Was this really a large. This place used to be great ran by amazing employees.. now this place is just trash. Tonight I ordered a crispy chicken box with a soft shell taco. Guess what the taco had in it? Nothing but a CHICKEN LEG! Seriously. How stupid can people get? Will definitely be my last trip here.

We normally LOVE KFC's newish classic chicken sandwich (best chicken sandwich to us). It is usually thick, moist, juicy and crispy fried. Not today. This is only the second time this has ever happened. It was thin, dry and not the usual classic crispy coating. (Sorry no photo, we forgot because we were upset and workers wouldn't look at it or agree).
