Honestly my review is way overdue. The staff here are very kind and conversational! My partner and I are regulars at this location since it's an easy after-work meal for vegetarians that don't always want to cook lol. There are great options and they prepare the food very well! We always appreciate their kindness and care in making sure our food is right without any meat, even when we swap out ingredients. They even double checked once when we ordered for family! We always recommend this location above the rest, just for the staff alone. They go the extra mile and make our evenings a little better. :)

The food was so nasty. The burritos rice was so hard, and missing the crunch chips. The chicken strips were so old. The champagne shell was so soggy.

I ordered on the self-service kiosk and paid for my order by Credit Card, then proceeded to the counter to inform the back that I wanted the fries 🍟 that were added to the two orders on the side. First, they said I couldn't get it on the side. I told them that they had done it before several times. They finally did the side order, but short-changed me one order of FRIES that I paid for. Then, when I called them out on it, they were rude and talking behind my back in the kitchen, and I clearly heard them. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What has happened to customer service these days? SAD, SAD, SAD.

Hardest workers in the industry. Seen them get in the weeds and handle it well, watched them handle irrational customers and then go back to the weeds like nothing and food still on point. Always friendly, always polite, and just beautiful people all around. Thank you for making my bad days better....It really doesn't take much. Hope all these workers stay blessed 😇 Be nice to these folks!

One of the slowest-working employees in the entire word. Waited 35 mins to get my 2 mexican pizza. I never had to waited this long in other branches.
