Taco Bell

I placed an order to be ready for 2 PM and they literally made my order as soon as I placed it. I made the order around 1 PM and picked it up at 1:30 PM. The taco was broken and soggy, the mini taco salad was completely soggy on the bottom. The total of my order was $5.93. If it had been worth the gas I would have Taken this crap back. Will not be back to this location

Both of the crunchy tacos I ordered had broken shells, a tiny sliver of beef, the rest of the broken tacos had lettuce smashed in and there were no tomatoes. The 5 layer beefy burrito was nothing but beans and rice. I asked for 6 hot sauce packets and only got 4. I'm not sure what I did to piss these people off, but this had to be intentional, never coming back.

Went through there tonight asked for the combo meal. The young man handed me my food. I noticed that I didn’t get the tacos in the combo meal. He says I didn’t order the combo Meal. I just ordered the one taco then charges me for the additional two tacos which came out to be four dollars more than it should’ve been not happy. The AI takes orders better than that which it normally does. I don’t know why it didn’t tonight. please retrain drive-through staff.

Aww I usually love coming to yall but maybe feelings got hurt bc I asked to speak to someone bc the automic speaking device ( not sure proper name ) wasn't getting order correct. So yall double folded my quesadilla and put the extra in extra with the jalapeño sauce lmao 🤣 and no I wasn't being a Karen but when you hear me and the automatic robot going back n forth with order maybe step in and say something? Lol Pretty sure I heard a man saying some bs in the background too lol .. I used to work at taco bell back in 2012 and never did some bs like this with someone's food.. but I mostly did drive thru and it's not hard go multi task . But before this all was good. But I feel like someone's being salty in the back

They get my order correct 9/10 times. That's about 7/10 more than most other Taco Bells.
