The restaurant look 👀 very organized and clean. Bathroom 🚽 super clean. The staffing nice and polite. The foods fresh and delicious. Parking plenty.

Excellent service at this location. They take the time to label what you order which is amazing & should be practiced at every general restaraunt. Their portions in their food is fair, & I like how they layer out the fillings (portions or rice, then sauce, etc.) Only missing one star due to the food not being as hot as it could be. I am writting this review as of 6:40pm. Otherwise, this Taco Bell location is great! Thx team!

I've never had a bad experience here. The lady at the drive thru window is always nice and professional. She's also quite funny, my daughter loves the dragonfruit drinks they have and of course her doritos tacos. Never had a wrong order, never had a bad attitude from any of the employees, they all are respectful and they all have a sense of humor, which is really a breath of fresh air. My daughter and I love them and will keep coming back as long as you keep the dragonfruit drinks!

Customer service here is terrible. There’s one employee who works the drive-thru (short with dreadlocks) who always has an attitude. Every time I pull up, he says “Are you ready?” in a low, passive-aggressive tone so you can barely hear him. Then you have to ask him to repeat himself. It feels intentional and it’s childish. This has happened multiple times — drive-thru and inside. One time I picked up a DoorDash order and confirmed it with the employee at the counter. She saw me confirm it. As I was leaving, he followed me to the door telling me to confirm it again like I didn’t already do it. Completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I’m honestly shocked he’s still working there with that same attitude. Customer service matters, and this location really needs to address it.

Courtney was EXCELLENT in handling both the busy drive thru orders and myself when I brought my wife and elderly father in for lunch yesterday. Because we had 3 transactions, each with a free taco for the Taco Tuesday promo, we couldn't use the kiosks so Courtney had to manually assist on each of our orders, doing so quickly and EACH time thanking us for our business. Then when leaving, he wished us all a great day. It is associates like Courtney that will make our decision to return here when choosing a Taco Bell location (this was NOT the closest to our home). BTW- the Discovery LUXE Box Meal tasted AWESOME, a great value, and beyond filling!
