Taco Bell

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. Last night around 11:30 PM, I placed a mobile order for strictly vegetarian food: a Black Bean Chalupa and an Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker without meat. I clearly ordered vegetarian options because I follow a strict vegetarian diet for religious reasons. When I got home and started eating, I realized both items had meat in them. It was already late at night, and I trusted that my mobile order would be prepared correctly. I did not expect that I would have to open and inspect every item to ensure it was actually vegetarian. Because of this mistake, I unintentionally consumed meat, which is extremely upsetting and intense for me due to my religious beliefs. For 8 years this place has yet to get an order right, but by god they will take your money. Ordered one meal and two cheesy Gordita crunches. After paying $11 for those, I got two crunchy tacos one of which was dissolving from the grease. Called to inform the store, but of course no one answered. The only plus I can say is, this is the first time I’ve ever made it out of this Taco Bell drive thru in less than 25 min, so at least they are speeding up their poor service. It will be another year+ at least before we attempt this horrible location.

The service and food are usually good but I don’t know what was in my quesadilla today. Rubbery plastic material

This is the worst food I’ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. It looked appealing but then when I tried eating it, the whole thing is cold. The cheese never even had a chance to melt (as shown in the picture).It was not busy so there was no need to rush my food and not actually COOK it.

I was really surprised at the fast service I just had at this store. I was very happy to have received my correct order quickly. The person who took my order and the drive through person were very nice And polite. Thank you!
