Taco Bell

This location is a joke. Never had good service here. Tonight my husband I ordered in the app. I chose the “drive thru” option so we wouldn’t have to get out with our kids. He gets there and they made him come inside because he “had a drink”. Weird. They never had an issue handing a drink through the window before? But ok whatever. He gets home- we only live 8 minutes away. All of our food was soggy. Absolutely disgusting. His quesadilla was folded together and literally just a clump of tortilla and wet cheese. He called the manager, Ava, she said to come in tomorrow they’ll remake the food. Now why would we want it a second day in a row? She literally didn’t even care. This location is a complete joke- don’t waste your time or money.

Just left ordering lunch for the family. Jahira was the definition of customer service! She listened to what we had to say without rushing us. Repeated our order and pleasantly took our second order. We received the food with a smile. We parked to check our food, and it was correct. One of the items had no sour cream as requested. 😀 hot and fresh. Highly recommend this location.

I hadn't visited Taco Bell in several years. Simply because the quality of food was nothing to be desired. Stopped in this time because my ailing sister was craving Tacos. Sadly the food was just awful. The crunch wrap was soggy and rubbery, along with the burrito. It's safe to say I will not ever ever visit Taco Bell anywhere. Our money is far to important to have to throw dinner in the trash.

The Taco Bell in Leesburg is our favorite place to go but the one woman who works register on Thursday nights always gets our orders wrong along with not giving us all our stuff. I have pushed through every encounter but it just seems to get worse. Do better on who you hire as a cashier.

I gave a 4 rating on food instead of 5 because of the price point. I believe Taco Bell could do better on price even in this economy. But the food was good, served hot, and quality was as expected. Staff was courteous and friendly and the place was clean.
