Taco Bell - Live Más Café

I went to Taco Bell in a good mood, but I left feeling frustrated. Here’s what happened: I'm on a hot meal program that lets me buy hot food at specific restaurants due to my disability. When it was time to order, I asked for some assistance. The employee took my order, then scanned my card at the drive-through and returned to ask for my PIN. I wasn’t comfortable sharing my PIN, so they had me walk into the drive-through to enter it manually, which felt unsafe, but I wanted my damn burritos with extra sour cream and nacho cheese I ordered a family package with 4 burritos and 4 tacos, and I specifically requested extra sour cream and extra nacho cheese. When my order arrived, I noticed that there was barely any of either topping. I had to explain the situation, and one employee suggested

This Taco Bell was renovated, including the speakers. Music was fairly loud, so it was a different experience.

The taco supreme was great. The burrito supreme and bean burritos were cold and pasty. The nachos bell-grande were less then grand! There was hardly any cheese, sour cream or tomatoes and it was smothered in greasy meat. While we wete sitying waitingbfor our food, my daughter asked to use the restroom and was told it is for customers only. She told the associate "I AM A CUSTOMER! MY FAMILY JUST PLACED A LARGE ORDER." They still denied her access. We were highly disappointed in this location.

They’ve really made this Taco Bell nice inside, despite the loud music they always have playing. There’s always a bad ass group of women working who take orders and take names. They work really hard to keep the drive thru line down and look like they have fun doing it. Despite the loud music, this is my favorite Taco Bell around. Give all those girls raises!

Ordered my food for pick-up, but wasn't ready by the ETA given to me in the app. Went in to get my order because the drive thru was packed, but they hadn't even started my order. Waited about 10mins or so in the lobby as they were backed up on orders and seemed short staffed. When I finally got my order, it was missing some items. Didn't go back to get it fixed, solely because it was already busy and didn't wanna deal with the hassle or be a burden. Music inside the lobby is way too loud.
