Taco Bell

Very disappointed with Taco Bell. The food was really bad — it seemed like they don’t even know how to make what they’re serving. Everything was just thrown together with no real taste or flavor. The tacos were soggy, and it honestly felt like they didn’t care about the quality at all. It didn’t even hit the taste you expect from Taco Bell. The service wasn’t great either; the staff looked rushed and not interested in getting the order right. I’ve tried Taco Bell before at other places, but this one was one of the worst experiences. Definitely not going back — waste of money and time.

Poor customer service, rude workers. I don’t believe it’s polite to talk bad about the customers at your window while the window is open or while you’re on window at all. Greeting people is important and is l something every fast food and restaurant places are trained to do. Your staff here needs improvement on handling customers and their attitudes. Handing food out the window with an attitude and nearly dropping the food on customers is nasty as well.

We decided to sit down and eat. The service was friendly, and the dining area was clean. The fountain drink area needed some repair. The drains were clogged, and the fluids were over running onto the floor. They placed a wet floor sign. The food was good, and overall, we enjoyed our quick dining experience.

This place gets worse and worse every time we go. The lady at the drive thru on December 31st at 2:51 you are extremely rude and you should find a job that doesnt require customer interaction. You did not greet us when we pulled up for us to even give you our order. We were just suppose to know to go ahead when yall cant handle more then 1 car at a time. Then did not even acknowledge us when we got to the drive thru. Practically threw our food at us. We asked you a few questions and you shut the window in our faces. Learn to do your job or find a new one. 🤔 Taco Bell do better in your hiring g process. Maybe test them at the window or with customers before hiring.
