Taco Bell

Haven’t ate there in awhile. I realize prices go up. But the food are micro size on some items. I wanted pintos and cheese and saw them dip it out. Was a partial serving spoon. I thought they gave me a child size and I paid almost $3.00 for that one little scoop. I had the cheesy rice and bean burrito. It wasn’t very big either. But it was disclosed it had jalapeño sauce . I found out via the website. I can’t eat hot peppers. Manager can’t do anything about it. Last time I go

There is no customer service. Food is horrible. Small portions. It was cold. Waited 40 minutes to get food or acknowledged by staff. The order was not correct. Will not be going back to Taco Bell. While waiting other customers came in expecting to have their order taken, however after waiting and not being acknowledged they left.

Ordered through drive thru. Order was wrong had to drive back. Asked for refund. I got a bunch of tags from previous orders in my bag. Food orders get messed up but to have a bunch of food tags tossed in makes me wonder if he and staff did this on purpose.

Drive thru line was horrible. Waited over 10 minutes without any movement whatsoever. People started to get out of the drive thru queue. I got out of line and went inside just to find more people waiting. The staff moves like snails in slow motion. There’s no reason why the line looks like a Black Friday special is going on. It’s supposed to be fast food. Fast. Not 30+ mins like some of the other reviews here state. Very frustrating.

I’ve been ordering there chicken power bowls, now the chicken cantina bowls for over the last 5 years and the last few times I have been there and ordered them they have had almost nothing in them a quarter of the bowl is actually full of food maybe 3-4 spoonfuls and for $8 it’s ridiculous. When confronted employees about it they were nice and handled it well and said the reasoning behind it is to cut on costs to give employees more hours.
