Taco Bell

Stopped by Taco Bell recently and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly and patient, even during a busy time. My order came out quickly, everything was fresh and hot, and the portions were solid. The Crunchwrap was perfectly made and the tacos were packed and flavorful. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. Overall, great service and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be back

I just don’t understand it. I don’t have high expectations for fast food and I sure do love me some Taco Bell but despite this location being a 2 minute drive from my house, I am forced to swear off of visiting here altogether. For the third time now, every bite tastes unmistakably wrong. To the point that I’m trying to convince myself that the peculiar flavor in each item ISN’T a rotting ingredient as though it appears to be. I don’t mind if it isn’t perfect, I don’t mind if it isn’t fresh, just please deliver an edible product. In no reality am I holding Taco Bell to anything other than Taco Bell standards, which I have loved on numerous other occasions, this location just does not hit the mark rather consistently.

Lady asked twice for what type of sauces, failed to include said sauces, i ordered a bowl a couple burritos, and a crunch rap suprime. How the hell am i supposed to eat the bowl without a fork….. i was on a time crunch during my lunch break and could not eat my bowl. I GAVE THE FOOD A 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT TASTE IT!

I’m honestly really upset about how we were treated at the Taco Bell on 4th Street. We showed up at 12:30 AM, and the posted closing time is 1:00 AM, yet the manager refused to serve us. We weren’t asking for anything complicated… we literally just wanted a Crunchwrap Supreme. What made this experience so frustrating wasn’t just being turned away, but the extremely rude attitude of the manager. There was no explanation, no apology, no effort to help just dismissiveness. As loyal Taco Bell customers who choose this location regularly, this was shocking and disappointing. If you’re going to advertise being open until 1:00, customers should reasonably expect to be served at 12:30, especially for a simple order. I literally spent $15 for five tacos and there’s no meat or anything on my tacos what the hell? Either they need new people or the managers just need to have a talk with them bc that’s not right and not only that but the workers there were rude and try to make us pay twice. NEVER AGAIN I SWEAR LUBBOCK FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS ARE SHIT
