Taco Bell

Seems to be a common occurrence that I don’t receive all of the items that I order. I understand that I should check the bag before I leave, but when I have to pull forward and wait 5 minutes for my food on every visit, I would assume they could at least check and make sure every item is in the bag. The item I’m missing tonight was only like $3, but it’s the principle of paying for a product and not receiving it. Judging by other reviews I’m not the only one that has had this problem.

Mobile order took forever. Didn't get all of the food that was ordered. And did not give the correct sauce. Not a single Diablo sauce and a mountain of mild was given. Do the workers pay any attention?

Placed an order here and an employee messed up my order. After taking it back inside the store, he started cursing and said I took the food out of the bag that was never in there. After the manager instructed him to remake the food, he did and this is what he gave me next. I will never return to Taco Bell again to give you guys my money and receive burnt food and be called a theif because an employee was called out because he screwed up an order is unacceptable. I will tell everyone about this experience and I will be contacting your corporate office and the BBB.

Horrible, if you could smell these tacos 🤮 it wasn't even marinated chicken inside....save your time and money and go elsewhere, I will never be returning. Worst Taco Bell I've ever had the displeasure of being ripped off by. This is my favorite ff restaurant and I can never enjoy it when I'm in Lumberton I give up. You can only play with somebody's food and money so many times.

I came here at 7:50 at night. There were 2 cars in the drive thru. I walked in and there were about 10 people already waiting. I placed my order by 7:55. After I ordered the people that were waiting, none of them have received their food yet. It is currently 8:12 and nobody in here has still not received their food. In this time they gave out 2 doordash orders but nobody's instore. Also I got some baja blast and it was nasty, the flavor was off they need to fix their machines. Took over 30 minutes to get food
