Taco Bell

So I literally go here minimum 4 to 5 times a week. I typically always order the same thing. I have had numerous issues. I get tired of calling because I feel like they think I want something for nothing but I don't. I'm always willing to bring the food back if I'm able. I've even got food there that if i gave them my name i would not have to pay but I never use it. I always pay for my food because that's not the issue. However, I just want my food!!!! So this morning less than 30 mins ago ( 11/10/25 @ 859am )I ordered pintos and cheese, add tomatoes and white onions, a veggie mexican pizza with extra tomatoes, and a chicken flatbread no Chipotle sauce add tomatoes WELL I can't even eat the Pizza its over filled with beans to the point of being soggy.I go to open up my pintos and cheese a

How is it that a simple order can be absolutely butchered normally I go in and eat and that's fine I usually get everything I order with minimal issues I decided to use the drive through and am missing items. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal got that that's awesome but I go to grab what I had order the beef chalupa meal and wow surprisingly it's not there jus the soft taco that's supposed to go with it. I'm not expecting the world but come on missing items on a 3 order meal come on guys do better y'all weren't even busy so now I'm foodless I don't know how y'all are gonna remedy that but I would appreciate it if you do pictures have been attached thank you for listening.

I ordered Taco Bell using the app. My husband went to pick up the order. He arrived in the drive thru and have them my name cause I used my app. He said he received the order fast. After arriving back to the hotel, he sat down with the big Taco Bell bag. We ordered two customized discovery luxury boxes with drinks. Both boxes contained the new Flamin hot grilled cheese burrito, chalupa chicken supreme, a soft and hard shell taco, and chips and nacho cheese sauce, and the other meal had the cinnamon twist. We also had a loaded beef nacho belle grande, and a large nacho seasoned fries with nacho cheese sauce. The items were so nicely neat and packed inside of the bag and the food was so fresh. If you don’t like charcoal don’t come here. We came in on 5/1/25 around 5 o clock we waited over 30 minutes for our order we got home and most of our items were burnt and my cry wrap was all messed up with no tostada. Called commented on how most of our food was burnt and was berated by this rude woman on the phone who said other people like it and we were being unreasonable. I hope a district manager or the store owner sees this because this woman does not need to be in any customer service roll let alone management. I included a picture of our cantina chicken taco that everyone in bat county loves burnt to a crisp according to the manager. Spent 40 dollars on an order for my family that they refuse to remake or refund.

Taco Bell sucks anymore. They refuse to help you at the counter. An older couple came in and didn't know how to work the kiosk. The lady at the counter said, 'Sorry, we can't take orders at the counter.' They got upset and left. Is this what the world has come to? Not everyone is tech savvy; some are still old school and like to order face-to-face. When asked about it, they said it was more efficient and cost-effective. However, there is an employee who hands you your cup and cleans the screen after every order. Do better, Taco Bell!
