Couldn't tell you anything about the food, because we didn't get that far through the drive thru. The boy on the mic taking orders was rude! My husband simply asked what came on one of the choices and the kid ran through the ingredients and ended with "now do you want chicken, beef, or steak?!" His entire attitude lacked any customer service skills.

My group placed an app order with multiple boxes with different items and customizations. We received the order and each box had its own label but no items were in the correct box. One vegetarian group member received an item with beef. When met with the incorrect item at the counter and the box, the manager on duty (Akina?) was rude and started to argue before the group member simply walked away. They remade one item that was incorrect, but we decided against pointing out any other issues. Message for the business - if you are going to bother with labeling the boxes, put the correct items in the correlating box. Message for the staff - if you know you are worried about where you put the items, expect to have customers who ask for you to rectify the situation. Message for other customers -

Employees are nice and friendly, but they seem to be short staffed, so just expect to wait for a bit. Seems to be fairly clean except for the sticky floors. It's a newer/more updated taco bell location.

Employee said Manager told him customers weren't allowed to have water anymore. I am not some thief looking to fill up with sprite...I simply don't drink soda: allergic to sugar & caffeine. Guess I will find another restaurant to eat at. It sounds like this decision comes from management, not corporate. If the franchisee is reading this, you just lost about $100 a week from us.

Worst Taco Bell ever! Sign on register say you must use thr kiosk, go to order on kiosk, won't let you enter your name. Cancelled that and used the second kiosk to get my order in. Counter help yelling what size drink while you're using the kiosk. Ordered a water, she pours tap water when the order was for bottled water. Staff was rude and barking at folks. Only one person making the food. Over a half hour to get my meal after the kiosk fiasco. Take a hard pass on this place. Just terrible.
