Taco Bell

Just went through the drive-through Not long ago. Order was taken fairly fast. Woman upfront Didn’t seem to know how to read the screen or know how to read at all, Had to tell her what her order was….. The fries were old and hard, Our Doritos tacos was cold… not very good service or food….definitely had better from this location. Whoever was working tonight needs to keep up and do better.

I didn't know it takes more than 15 minutes just to make two burritos when they're not busy, very unacceptable. It is always slow when I come here and most of the time they're not busy or they will work on a door dash order before any other customer(s) orders.

Terrible service and it’s all around gross. People working preparing food have their hands in their pants and not washing. Waited for my food for well over 30 minutes and didn’t get acknowledged once.

Since I can't leave multiple negative reviews, I'll update this one every time. Its been going for a few years now. Multiple times within the past 2 years I have tried to eat here and they are either out of food, or "their system is down". 5/19/22 at 10:30pm their "system was froze" again. 5/27/22 at 1:55 PM their "system is down" again. 10/7/22 8:55 PM going thru the drive thru "We are not taking orders at this time" 11/4/23 9:30pm Service was quick, but order was completely wrong. 11/15/25 4:30pm I tried to go in to grab a quick Baja Blast Freeze, and it took 20 minutes to get it, after I had to ask about it.

I'll start by saying that waiting 40 minutes for food during the day is absolutely ridiculous. The doritos loco shell was stale as could be. This group could not get anything right. Not to mention, the lobby was pretty much a swimming pool with standing water. Definitely don't see myself coming back to this one.
