Customer Reviews
I ordered a chicken cantina bowl with extra chicken, add jalapenos. There was no jalapenos, no double chicken, and half the ingredients it was supposed to come with were missing. No sour cream, no avocado ranch, no salsa Verde salsa, no guacamole. Mind you, I also ordered extra onions as well. That is 3 addons I am paying money for yet when i received the container, it was so low that i could see the bottom of it. The nacho fries also had clumps of rice at the bottom??? How did that happen? The food was very cold upon arrival which makes me question the food safety standards of the establishment. I do not recommend this place at all.
I had one of the worst fast-food experiences ever at the Taco Bell in Fort Walton. They now have AI taking orders, and it got everything wrong. By the time I pulled up to the window, the employee looked completely disheveled and unhygienic, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Every single car in the drive-thru was told to pull around and park to wait for their food. While we all sat outside, an employee kept coming out with random bags, clearly having no idea what was in them or who they belonged to. People were frustrated, confused, and several customers just gave up and left. After 20 minutes, I finally received my food — but only after asking if the bag he handed me was actually mine. His response was, “I don’t even know at this point,” which says everything about how badly things
We ordered a number 6 two chicken chalupas and one steak chalupa and a large nacho fry. Idk if there’s a chalupa in the room with us as. They also forgot my nacho fry which I went in and they did give me, while I was inside another man came in with a smashed and busted crunchy taco. I should have checked my chalupas before I got home because these are SAD! I used to go to this location all the time but it has gone to HELL.
Probably the worst taco bell experience I have had in years. I was missing items and had incorrect items. My Mexican pizza contained only beans, no ground beef. It was topped with the wrong red sauce and no cheese. The sauce was sloped on in a messy manner and it wasn't cut into triangles like usual. The employees should be embarrassed by their work or lack there of.
This place sucks. Never get the order right. Food was cold this last time when we got home and we live barely a mile away. We didn't realize that a few things were missing from our order until we got home, unfortunately so I had to call and tell them. Took forever for them to answer and when I told them they said just pull back up and let them know. We drove back to the restaurant and went inside. At least 3 employees saw me (one even walking right past me twice) without even acknowledging my existence. I had to interject. Meanwhile the 2 line employees were joking around and I heard a young child in the background behind the kitchen area. I got the missing food, returned home, and guess what! They didn't even make the right taco. The woman I spoke to said taco Supreme 3 times to the line
