Taco Bell

We've been waiting in line for over 30 minutes now.... I get it, it's after bar time but you have got to realize this is the ONLY location that is open past 2am so maybe you should have a bigger staff on Fri & Sat nights??

The line was long so I understood that I’d be waiting a while but 37 minutes is crazy.. I placed my order online hoping it would make it easier on the staff. All I asked for was fresh fries and fresh potatoes. The lady at the window ensured me that that the reason I had to wait so long was on fresh fries so I pulled off. When I pulled to the side of the restaurant to make sure my potatoes were fresh as well THEY WERE COLD TO TOUCH!

Stopped to get a few tacos and didn't want to use the kiosk because I had a question about an item. No one even acknowledged me at the counter. Had multiple employees behind the counter looking right at me and not one said a thing. Like ( someone will be with you, or can we help you, etc.) Not a word. Tell me how hard is it to say something? Any acknowledgement would have been great. If they are not going to use the register on the counter then they should get rid of it and put up a sign stating please use kiosk for all orders because our team is incapable of doing any type of customer service work. Hope these people never get a real job, they could not handle it. And they want to make 14, 15, 16 dollars per hour. They are not worth it. No skills in dealing with the public what so ever. Ne

I’m getting real tired of paying a dollar for extra cheese on my nachos and getting them looking like this. If I pay extra for something, it’d be cool if you didn’t give me less than what should normally be on it.

I forgot the guy's name but he's a legend with sick piercings. It's the middle of the night and my man greets me with my name and clarifies my order then proceeds to make me the most fire taco bell. My new taco bell and my new goat
