I gotta give serious props to this place. Most fast-food joints these days rush you through like you’re just another order number, but not here. From the second I walked in, the crew was upbeat, friendly, and actually seemed to enjoy their job — that alone sets the vibe right. My food came out fast, hot, and fresh — like, actually fresh. Fries crispy, burger stacked like it mattered, and the soda machine hit perfectly (you know how rare that is). I’ve been to plenty of spots where they forget half your order or hand you something that looks like it’s been sitting in the warmer since last week — not here. They nailed it. I have no idea why this location even takes mobile orders. They never ever have them ready. I ordered through the mobile app at 7:15. It said my order would be ready at 7:22. So I left my house and got to the location at 7:26. I asked about the order and they said it was not ready yet. No biggie, few extra minutes right? At 7:42 I asked about my order again and the lady said there are still 7 orders ahead of mine. It is now 7:55 and im still waiting with no communication from staff. There is no reason a fast food joint that you can order ahead from should take 40 plus minutes to make an order. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
