Taco Bell

I placed an order and had to wait out front watching every other person who pulled up after me get served, a family that pulled up 5 minutes behind me ordered the final supper and received it, while I waited for 5 tacos. I had plenty of time to think of what I was going to write here because I had to wait 45 minutes just to get asked “are you waiting for an order?” Mind you by the same person who told me to pull infront. Wow. But hey atleast I got a free taco coupon, my time was definitely worth saving that 1 dollar! :) imagine if I had two coupons?! I’d be so overjoyed! Ps forgot a taco in the order but no worries I now have a coupon that I am so eager to use at this location again after this amazing service

I generally don’t eat fast food. But was craving junk food tonight. I got a crunch wrap supreme with chicken instead of beef. There was zero chicken no sour cream. . It was lettuce tomato and very very little cheese sauce. Also got a side of chips with cheese. The cheese was half filled and maybe 8 tiny chips. Waste of 12 bucks. 🤮

Every time I come to this Taco Bell, they ask me to pull into a parking spot and wait, even when my order isn’t ready. It’s clear they’re just trying to mark the mobile orders as “picked up” early instead of actually having them done. Today was the same situation—she even made me wait until after the person behind me got their food because she “had to walk outside in the cold.” I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, but I do mind being pushed into a parking spot every single visit just so the timing looks good on their end. It’s unprofessional and makes the whole experience feel frustrating and inconsistent. Do better.

I just left there after spending $37 on 2 #6’s and 12pk of Cinnabon only to get home to find out that each of the 4 Chalupas only had 3 pieces of meat on each of them, something is definitely wrong with that! 😡 I’ve been attempting to call but not getting an answer! Will not be returning… Order # 325. Update; Manager who was on duty made it right today… thank you!

This place has got to be the slowest Taco Bell on the planet. Fast food? Not even close. Prepare to spend at least 20 minutes waiting for your food. Doesn’t matter if they are busy or not.
