the worst food I used to go and I thought it was decent but now everything is like mushed together. You can't identify one thing from another in the burrito supreme and there's no flavor, can't tell if they used any meat. I asked for hot sauce. Didn't get any
Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been in. Employees can't be bothered to take your order. The kiosks say your food will be ready in 10 minutes but it takes an hour for them to make me a cheesy roll up! (Dont get stuck in the drive thru!) Food tastes old, dry, stale. They sold me frozen drinks on the app and didn't have em in stock... the manager said she'd give me free ones next time I came in. Jokes on me - cuz I won't be back. This place sucks. Can't belive this is Napa's service. 😔 how shamefull 😪 Update: tried again for a work lunch. They burritos are not rolled or labeled at all. Food is small portions, yucky, cold and order is incorrect. What a shame.
This location is absolutely CRAP. You can order online 30 minutes ahead, and they'll still be making it when you get there. Booooooo
1 it took a long time to get the food. 2. I got ripped off by yet another Taco Bell. Ordered steak and got ground beef. So now we have to start checking our food cause y'all ripping off customers, or giving them things they can't have or something they didn't ask for!
Clean and quick. They really want you to use the kiosk which is ok.
